Administrative Assistant – URGENT
Kuala Lumpur – Bulatan Kg Pandan, Kuala Lumpur
- Responsible on general and office administration works for the smooth running of office which inclusive of but not limited to: administrative and general support, receptionist duties, office cleanliness, upkeep of office maintenance and equipments, asset management, monitoring office expenditures, utility, incoming and outgoing mails and etc ensuring the organization’s current and future administrative needs are met.
- To liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors.
- Process and prepare assigned documents.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings and record and transcribe minutes.
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers, scanners, fax machines and personal computers
- Other functional support.
- Undertake any other tasks and/or responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
- SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in MNC or corporate environment.
- Good telephone manner, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Good command of PC knowledge (Microsoft Office, Word, Powerpoint).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malayu (written and spoken)
- A team player with high degree of self-motivation; be result-oriented and able to work independently.
- Ability and willingness to work some early mornings, evenings and weekend days.
- Planning and organizing.
